I didn't expect much from the beer in this place, it's a high end restaurant, so how good could the beer be? Right?
The answer is EXCELLENT!
We sat at the bar and didn't try the food. The bartender was excellent, knew his beer and was attentive without being over bearing. They have valet parking, but I didn't have any trouble parking myself in the surrounding neighborhood.
The beer:

NORM'S RAGGEDY-ASS ALE - An IPA. Full body, very hoppy, a good brew.
RAYMONDO EL ROJO - A red ale. Rich, malty, very good.
PLATINUM BLONDE LAGER - Simply the BEST blonde I've ever tasted. I'll go back just for this one.
FLYING BUFFALO RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT - A thick juicy stout, one of the best I've tasted.

Do yourself a favor, go there. Sit at the bar and try the beer. You'll be glad you did.

This place is very high end. Steaks were good, generally had all you would expect from a higher end steak house on its menu. Also, it seemed to be more focused on its wine selection than the beer.

It had a decent selection of beer - pilsner, pale ale, kolsch, imperial stout and dopplebock. I tried the stout and dopplebock, both were decent but nothing exceptional.

You have to valet to park. Located in a good part of town. Not a place I would seek out for beer, but if you are looking for a steak, not a bad selection.

BRCB is located in a very nice part of town. They have valet parking and, it is fancy. So, bring your wallet.
The food selection is great! I had the samosas (appetizer) and the 8 oz filet mignon. The gravy that came with the potatos was out-of-this-world. I can't stop dreaming about that food.
To drink, I had the pale ale. It was hoppy and well-balanced. I felt it was very well-made. For desert, I had the imperial stout. It was fabulous. It was strong and thick, it was a little sweet but not cloying, it was just very well balanced and very bold. The list of (in-house) beer choices was not very big, but each of the people in our group spoke very highly of each of their beer choices.
The atmosphere was pretty subdued (soft music, soft lighting). It really seemed like a "fancy dinner out" place, but they did have TVs (showing the game) at the bar.
