Seems a little like this is a place in transition. The brewery is located in the bottom of the building and is apparently only loosely associated with the restraurant upstairs called Pandora. The staff was not very knowledgeable about the beers, the association with the brewery or anything else associated with brewing.

The food selection was good, however, be ready for garlic, everything had a lot of it. Garlic fries were good however. Salad and panini also had quite a bit of garlic.

The beer wasn't very memorable, sampler had 8 beers with the dunkel by far the best of the bunch. Also had average IPA, pilsner, stout and pale ale.

I went to this brewery in Twin Falls Idaho a few days ago. I ordered a beer sampler. Their lite beer was an Italian Peroni, it was very light straw color and seemed somewhat bitter for a lite beer. It was good tho with kind of a woody bitterness. The next beer was a Pale Ale that had some light crystal malt and moderate hop bitterness. Both these first two beers had a slight acidic taste. The next beer was an Amber that also had some crystal malt backed by some moderate malt sweetness and was the best beer at that point. The next beer was a Dunkell with some nice chocolate maltiness and a deep mahogany color. It had some sweetness but not as much as the Amber but seemed well balanced. The next beer was an Irish Stout that was dry and was well balanced and was good as well. All these last three beers were good with no signs of any flaws. I was surprised and disappointed that they sold no pint glasses but our waiter gave me a free pint glass and a clear sticker from the brewery, thus I was able to make a pint logo glass out of it. They also had no coasters for you collectors. I had the Rib eye steak for dinner which was good. They told me it was Black Angus. They also had ribs that were good and also a good pulled pork sandwich and fish tacos. They have live music on friday and saturday nights.
