So, in this tiny strip of storefronts, you walk in and, in the dim light, you see walls covered with drawn art of famous folks, both fictional and non, enjoying beer. Booths against the walls, table seating, a bar. Very very good tap selection. Service is solely at the bar -- if you get a booth or a table, you still walk to the bar to order, pay, get your drinks. Would be a fun place to while away the better part of a day or night, and a wonderful place to go when one is dismayed by the lines outside Three Floyds. This place has cheered me up after visiting sick friends at the nearby hospital or consoling friends in times of stress, and it keeps me cheery when I go there in a happy mood. Nice mixed local crowd. They have someone carding at the door on weekends, even on nights with no music (they get well-known blues acts), and my guess is that they try to minimize rowdiness.

I really enjoy this spot. The beer selection is really good. They have rare and hard-to-find brews. It's a non-smoking establishment, so you can really enjoy the beer with all your senses. The prices are reasonable. They have blues on Tuesdays and music on the weekends. The wall art is good. While they don't serve food, they have no issue with you grabbing some pizza or gyros next door to enjoy with your beer.

My only gripe...a few times when I've gone they've scooped off head with a spoon during the pour. Terrible pour, but that's just me being a beer geek.

This place is new but it is awesome! They have twenty (20) rotating taps with a great variety of microbrews. They also have a beer engine for cask conditioned brew.

In Indiana we still haven't gone to a non-smoking restaurant / bar thing yet, but to my delight - Beer Geeks is Non-Smoking! They have darts, foosball and a few tv's. There is seating at the bar, tall bar tables, short tables and a few booths.

There isn't any food (other than pretzel rods) but you can carry food in.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They've had local Indiana beer as well as beer from around the country and some imports, too.
