This is a Brewery in Sun Valley, Idaho, right on the main stree going thru town.
First beer I tired was the Blonde Lager, very light and crisp and mildly hopped. The next beer was a seasonal Kolsch Weiss which is a somewhat sweet Malty beer with a creamy head and mouthfeel. Next up was the White Cloud Amber Ale with some moderate crystal malt and medium hopping this is an English style amber and a good beer. Next I tried the seasonal Weizen Bock which has a large alcohol aroma but the beer seems to have a fault of lactic acid but otherwise seems like a good beer. It's listed as a NABA Gold Medal winner so maybe it's a peculiar malt. Next was a Scottish Ale that definately has that peat moss taste which is traditional for style. It also has a moderate maltiness and lightly hopped. Next beer was the Pine Top Pale Ale. It has a slightly citrus Aroma and a nice crystal malt flavor. This is probably the best beer so far. The last beer in the sampler was the Cranky über IPA. This beer also had a hint of lactic acid that was masked by the hops mostly, this is not a good IPA. The waitress gave me some really cool beer Kozie's. They were like a brown bag covering for your beer with foam inside insulation. The staff was friendly.
