A Great Find! And just 1/4 mile off I-94 in Kalamazoo. A very nice restaurant that puts as much attendion to their craffted beers as their food.Somewhat limited variety of beers but each of the three I tried was outstanding. They only make very small batches beer in a 27 gallon fermentor.
Amber Ale had a sturdy head with a very crisp and clean look as did all the beers. Great aroma with rich Caramel flavor.
Brown Ale was one of the more balance Browns I have ever had.
Holiday Ale has a light orange and spice hint making it very light and smooth brew making it hard to believe it was over 11 percent in alcohol.
Can't wait to go back and try the food with an ale.
