Total Wine and More (Greensboro - North) is worth a stop. While it is a chain, it still offers a good selection of craft beer. This is a decent size place and I would estimate that about 20%+/- of their shelf space is dedicated to craft beer. They carry a lot of North Carolina locals (Duck Rabbit, Natty Greens, Highland, etc.) and regional locals (Sweetwater, Terrapin, etc). They carry most of the bigger craft breweries available on the east coast (Dogfish Head, Rogue, Bells, etc.) and even from time to time have some of the rarer beers (although they fly off the shelf's rather quickly). The staff is helpful where they can be and the atmosphere is what you would expect out of a chain wine store, but it is clean and the beer is fairly organized. If you're passing through the area and want to grab some locals this place is worth a stop.
