Small taproom building adjacent to the smaller brew house. There is a short bar and some tall table seating as well as a row of fermenters. A larger outside patio is to the left up a short flight of stairs. There were a half dozen draft offerings when we visited. I enjoyed the Pumpernickel Ale and Old Man River Strong Ale on cask. The food menu has just a few items but the brats were great. There is limited parking out front.

We stopped here right at opening one day while doing the tourist thing in Bisbee. Victor, one of the owners and head brewer showed us around the Brew House (it didn’t take long) and then took us over to the Tap Room where we settled in for beer and popcorn. I had their 7 beer sampler for $7.00; it consisted of a Mountain Lime Lager, Belgian Whitbier, Pale Ale, Copper City Ale, Apricot Peach Pilsner (summer seasonal), Double Hopped IPA, and a Royal Stout. They have growlers to go for $12.00. In addition to their beers they have a Root Beer that tastes like the root beer barrel candy rather than a traditional root beer soda; very nice. I was torn between the Double Hopped IPA and the Royal Stout for which was my favorite. Not being a fruity beer guy, my least favorite was the Apricot Peach Pilsner. That said; all the beers were great and the best beers we had on this trip.
Victor says they’ve been open for about two years and had custom brewing equipment installed in two buildings across the narrow street from each other. They do all the brewing in the smaller Brew House then pipe the beer under the street to the serving tanks in the Tap Room. They needed the custom equipment to actually fit in the existing buildings. They have a small bar area that seats about six and another six to eight tables inside. There is an outdoor patio that was being remodeled while we were there. Being a home brewer, I liked the fact that the beer menu lists the ingredients used in each beer.
