Out front of Migration Brewing is an extensive concrete outdoor patio with picnic tables. Inside is a decent-sized space with high, open raftered ceilings, hanging aluminum light fixtures, exposed heating ducts, concrete floors, and assorted wooden tables and chairs. The fresh flowers on the tables and a big window and glass garage door give a nice bright feeling to what is essentially a comfortable, modern, functional pub. The side walls are painted olive green and there’s a nice Portland-centric mural on one side with rivers, bridges, and Mt. Hood. One large screen TV is on one side, with the sound off.

The L-shaped bar is stained pine with a rectangular foot rail and tall padded seats. The bar back is a dark beige painted wall with two blackboards listing the beer and food choices, respectively. On our visit, there were three standard house-made beers (Migration Pale Ale, Honey Dew, and Clem’s Cream Ale on nitro) and eight other (guest) craft beers.

We didn’t try the food but it looked decent. The menu choices are somewhat limited - a few hot sandwiches, a few cold, hummus, peanuts, and chips & salsa.
