I first came across People's in Indianapolis and was impressed by their pilsner, IPA and brown varieties. They don't do anything particularly interesting, but what they do do is very good.
The brewery is in a strange location and somewhat hard to find. Parking is very limited and the interior is very small. There's a small bar with maybe five seats and a few tables along the wall. The brewery is behind the bar, visible through a small window. It makes it cozy but also friendly.
Pints and growler fills are available at the bar. Fills are only $5 on Wednesdays, which is the only day I've gone. They offer other specials throughout the week.
