linkLone Peak is a kick ass place to kick back after a long powder day at Big Sky or Moonlight Basin resort. The pub is located in Big Sky Meadow village, a few miles down hill from the base lodge. The Hippy Highway Oatmeal Stout is a classic, black English stout that always satisfies. LPB features seasonal batches, this time of year brings the Steep n' Deep Winter Ale and the heavy hitting Bourbon Barrel Oatmeal Stout. The kitchen puts out incredible mountain fare, often with a southern infusion. The pub itself is small, friendly and most importantly a warm place to decompress after pounding the mountain on a cold day.
