linkBells is a tremendous brewery with a line of beers that is devastatingly consistent. Hopslam and Third Coast Old Ale are probably my favorites, though Two-hearted is probably their best beer for the money.
The Eccentric Cafe is very cool. It's a visual reminder that brewing craft beer is truly art. If you are ever within an hour of this place, a visit to Bell's is imperative.
The only drag is Michigan's insane anti-tobacco laws that nullify any chance of enjoy a fine cigar or pipe while imbibing on some of the highest quality beer in the country.
