You won't find a cooler place to hang out. Look for Liam who is around Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Trivia on Wednesdays. They change taps regularly. They have their regulars that stay on regularly and will take your feedback if you go there enough. Regularly have CBC stuff as well if you don't feel like going down there as well.

Credit cards accepted and street parking is available. It is quite a hike from the Green Line at Lechmere or from the MIT stop on the Red Line. The first time we went we walked in the rain and it was worth is.

Live music will sometimes charge you a cover, but the acts are always unique and interesting.

Casual atmosphere. Accepts all major credit cards. A little bit of a hike from Lechmere T stop, but it's worth it if you're looking for a laid back place to hang out with friends, listen to live music, enjoy really good food and -- of course -- drink a few excellent pints.

The beer selection is quite impressive -- especially in comparison to the size of the place.

This is very "off the beaten path." But in a good way. It's about a mile walk from the Lechmere stop. If you live in the area, lucky you. Atwoods has a cool atmosphere with great service and a broad selection of beer to pick from.
