Floyd's is a great neighborhood pub. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and competent. They have a nice selection of beer on tap ranging from the cheap end to the more expensive and the bottle and can list is diverse. It is pretty ideally located just a couple of blocks from the Western blue line and if you plan on closing it out there are a couple of very late night eateries near by.

The facade has a classically restored Schlitz logos. I think it was one of the old "tied" houses that was once supplied exclusively from the Schlitz brewery back in the 19th cwentury. This place is always filled with young locals. The staff is friendly, and for the most part, knowledgeable and quick with your order. Always good beer on tap. Huge variety of bottles if you're looking for something different. Prices are good for this increasingly upscale (expensive) neighborhood. Food is solid...you should try the meatloaf; you shouldn't leave here without trying the meatloaf! When I'm in Bucktown... this is my place
