The Craft Ale House is a stand alone one-story brown wooden building with plenty of dedicated parking. In the front is a shaded brick patio area with several wooden tables. Inside their 13-chair wooden bar is ahead on the left, and on the right are dining tables and a fireplace. The place is dimly lit and soft background music is playing. The walls are off white with black trim, and the ceiling is black. The atmosphere is subdued, but relaxing and enjoyable. The craft beer selection is great. Behind the bar is a row of tap handles and several refrigerator cases of over 300 craft bottles, which are available to consume here or to go. A large chalkboards lists their draft beer. They have 16 craft beers on tap, which are available by glass, and they'll offer a sample if you are unsure about a beer. Their diverse food menu consists of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, mussels, and a variety of entrees. The service is cordial, professional and attentive. For their great beer selection, nice atmosphere and good food, I really enjoyed this place!

I really like this place. Great beer selection that always rotates. They always have some unique beers on tap and also have quite the bottle selection. Bottles are available for takeout also so you can mix and match individual six packs. The bartenders are awesome, they truly know and love beer. The overall service is excellent in the dining room too, they make sure the servers know beer too.

I like the atmosphere here too. They have some live music. It's a small place though and it gets jammed up any night of the week, uncomfortably sometimes. If you go early or late you can avoid overcrowding.

The food is good too. It's not all about the beer here. They always have a top notch cheese plate with local cheeses, pomme frites, and some of the best chicken fingers with killer dipping sauces. They also have tasty flat bread pizzas and some great sandwiches and burgers. They had a pork belly sandwich for a while. They do switch to a late night menu after 9 or 10 pm which is limited.

The best thing about this place is that it's five back road minutes from my house!

Truly outstanding, with 16 rotating taps, all high quality and varied, including regional and national microbrews plus some imports (Belgians in my experience), and a bottle list of well over 300. And, you can buy bottles to go. Food is great also. I've been only twice, but everything I've had has been well above average to exceptional. Well worth the visit. Plus, it's less than five miles from outlet shopping. Make it a point to get there.

Atmosphere is laid back. It is a small, yet cozy place. If you are going for dinner, get there early as the tables fill up quickly. This is a strictly beer bar. Large cooler of bottled craft beers. Hard to find a domestic here, which is fine with me. Great selection of unusual drafts. Typically sixteen on tap. Simple menu with good food, all seems to be home made. One of my favorite places!
