I like the atmosphere of this place and the guy seems nice enough, but this beer sucks. I'm sorry, it just sucks. Everything has this intense yeast taste. I was okay with that with the blonde, but it just made the porter gross.
I bought a 6-pack blindly because you can't try anything at the brewery. I recall him only having two types available at that time but he spoke of another that he was currently out of.
One of those strange instances where I actually discarded beer. I just couldn't finish it. Cleveland's got some great beer, so there's no reason for this.

Indigo Imp is a small production brewery. Currently they have their flagship beer, Blonde Bombshell and one seasonal, currently Winter Solstice. All that is available at the brewery is six packs and t-shirts.

Blonde bombshell was surprisingly good. Indigo Imp's main focus is on "real ales", with it featuring unpasturized, unfiltered conditioned cask ale. This beer is very refreshing. The beer is not fermented so expect some sediment in the bottom of the bottle or glass.

Winter Solstice is a spiced ale, not my favorite amongst local Cleveland breweries. This is also an unpasturized, unfiltered ale. Definite aftertaste. They are planning on a seasonal every few months with the spring version coming out in April 2009.

Indigo Imp is in the Tyler Complex on the east side of town. Currently the brewery is only open on Sat mornings. It is difficult to find, you have to go to a back building in an industrial complex. Look for building 42- there is plenty of parking both in front and inside the complex.
