linkThe Danes like their beer bars cave-like: low ceilings, low lights and lots of small rooms linked by twisting corridors. Pegasus fits this model perfectly, and has all the ambiance of a high-class restaurant while still happy to serve you just drinks.
The menu isn't exactly extensive, but it is broad, with most of the quality Danish micros showing up at one time or another.
I didn't eat, but am informed the food is excellent. It's tapas with a Danish twist and the format requires you to pick six items from the list.
It's the kind of place you could very easily make an evening of visiting. I wish I'd stayed longer.
