linkYou'll find Apollo set into the walls of the Tivoli Gardens, just next to the main entrance. It's decorated in light wood festooned with hops garlands, and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be Nordic design or evocative of a Tyrolean chalet.
Only a handful of beers are produced, two regulars and a monthly seasonal. The quality is so-so: better than most Danish beer, but not quite up to Olfabrikken standards.
There's a full restaurant at the back, looking in to the Gardens themselves. However, the tables out front are a great place to sit and people-watch of a summer's evening.
