linkI've ordered equipment and ingredients from their website on numerous occasions, and have been very happy with the quality and service. I finally got a chance to visit one of their showrooms. Although somewhat a pain to get to (need to loop around under a bridge) it was worth the effort.
It was nice to see all the brewing hardware first hand. There were a couple items that they didn't have in stock, but overall a great selection to choose from. The people working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about home brewing.
