Downtown Little Rock has a great variety of places to eat and socialize and is a very nice area for urban strolling. Most parking appears to be in pay decks, but there is some metered parking along the streets. The Flying Saucer building is two-story brick with awnings in front and their green and gold sign over the entrance. Large windows along the front easily let you see inside. There are plenty of seating options. The front ante room is a lounge area, and the large main room has their long 20-chair metal topped bar on the left. The walls and ceiling are decorated with hundreds of patrons beer club plates, just like other Flying Saucer establishments. Behind the bar is a long set of tap handles backed by a wall of pennies. Also behind the bar are refrigerator cases of bottled beer, about 150 varieties in all. They have a very impressive 75 draft beers in a great variety of styles and a good mix of regional and global crafts. These can be had by the glass or 5-beer sampler flights, although some higher abv beers are excluded from the flights, making ordering a little complicated. They have a simple food menu of appetizers, salads, pizza, sandwiches, and German bratwurst. The service is friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. The atmosphere is great, and you can't beat the beer offering.

I really like the entry way. It has nice heavy tables, ceiling fans, wood, plants, etc. It kind of reminds me of a gentleman’s social club.

The bar area is open with a long bar along the east and plenty of tables to share, including the communal tables down the center.

As expected, tons of taps and bottles. They are always rotating in seasonal offerings and new releases. Note this location has the least amount of local beers of any FS I have been to. .

They offer the standard FS menu, again, what is the deal with mayo on a Chicago brat ....... I will snack here, but prefer to eat elsewhere.

The have very friendly and knowledgeable servers. Good with samples, advice and chit chat.

They had a huge crowd on a Wednesday and the weather was horrible. I imagine its packed Thursday through Saturday. It is great to see everyone enjoying good beer. Unlike other FS locations, this one had about 90% male patrons.

I will have no problem going back during my next visit.

This is by far the best place to drink beer in Little Rock. The selection is awesome, the waitresses are totally beautiful, and they are very smart... they know the beer. this is a well run place, and I have a great time every time I go there. the selection changes all the time. there are about 70 taps and over a hundred bottles/cans, if you can't find something you like, then you need to go down the street to the wine bar
