This friendly brewer’s supply shop also has a nice selection of bottles and 8 brews on tap. When I visited the taps included a variety of regional crafts, a couple imports and of course local brews, currently from Buckbean and Silver Peak. There was also a tap featuring a local homebrew offering. I enjoyed a barrel aged porter from Silver Peak while I browsed the shop and snapped a few pictures. The selection of malts, hops and yeast was impressive and the upcoming Brewing Class (Brewing an “all grain” batch, tasting of over 25 beers, recipe formulation, malt selection, hop varieties, choosing your yeast...and Dinner) seems like quite a bargain at $60 per couple. The sign and entry are back from the road and there is free parking in a small lot out front.
