Pretty much cookie cutter brew pub/restaurant look and feel. You would barely even know they brew beer if you didn't look hard enough. Bright and clean.

Handful of house beers on tap. I settled on a milk stout. Served at decent temperature in a standard pint. Bartender was friendly.

We didn't eat but there were a few things on the menu that sounded interesting.

Overall nothing really stood out for me. Pretty much a one and done place for me. If I lived in the area it might serve me well but nt as a destination from afar.

Unless something changes, I will not bother returning.

When I first pulled up outside I was slightly concerned because the building seemed in minor disrepair. When I walked inside however the inside seemed very nice. Almost a typical nice brew / burger motif going. Nice wood bar, tables and stools. Was greeted by a friendly young hostess. I choose to sit at the bar.

Once at the bar I checked out the chalk board for choices, and I believe they had 5-6 options, seemed pretty basic. Then my first disappointment came when I ordered one of the beers from the bartender and she explained to me they only had 3 beers. So I ordered my second choice, which was no more than an average ale and the next beer I ordered which I guess they are "famous" was another disappointment. This could have strictly been a personal taste issue. For food, I ended up having some of the driest chicken.

After talking to a very friendly regular at the bar, he explained to me that the place had been on the decline lately and had recently even lost a brewer. After reading the history of the place, I hope they turn it around, you just hate to see that much history go away.

The staff and other patrons were very friendly and the interior was nice. However the beer and food was a disappointment, and that is why I was there.
