Right off of 240 on the left (if you're heading south). There is parking next to the building. I'm pretty sure it's for anyone but there is a sign that says "private parking", not sure what for though. In the short time I was in the store I parked there with no problem.
Inside are shelves among a lot of dim lighting. There's a restroom toward the back for those who were in the middle of a road trip like I was. The beers are clearly placed on the shelves, with the locals in the middle of the store all together. This is where I spent most of my time. There is a great selection of beers from all over the world.
I didn't ask for help but I saw someone helping some other customers that were in there. The prices seemed reasonable to me.
A must stop if in the area or passing through. Since it's right off the highway it's not much of a detour if you're just passing through. A great selection, one not to be missed. Recommended.

Greatest Beer Store on Earth or that I have been to anyway. And they took the time to answer my many, many questions.I took their suggestion and tried my first "Monster" beer. So good, I was suprised that a town of this small size has such a worldclass beer store...and a great downtown location. Living in Asheville has been such a treat for a burgeoning beer lover like myself, Highland Brewing, Asheville Brewing Co. and Pisgah are my favorite 3 but also like The Wedge a lot

The first thing to know about Bruisin' is it has ZERO parking. If you are lucky you might find a meter prior to 6pm, but after 6 it is nearly impossible to find a parking space.
The interior is laid out much like a fine wine shop with mostly Belgian beers being represented. Some US micros are available, but nowhere near the selection of the Belgians and other imports. The staff was very helpful and nice to speak with.
This place should be a destination, the only real knock is lack of US Micros and the parking issue. 30 min of driving around to get to the store is ridiculous, they should rent a few spaces somewhere.
