The Brew Hut - where the unofficial slogan is: "If we don't have it - you don't need it!" This place truely IS your one stop homebrew shop. From the 50+ different grains to their endless selection of hops (even during this shortage), one has a hard time trying to stump the well-knowledged staff. Steve, Brent, Walt, Kevin, Gordon, Lachlan, Lance, Todd or Jeff will get you what you need. Plenty of wine kits for the picking as well. It is also nice to have a full 7-bbl brewery next door to drink-and shop.

On every third Thursday evening of every odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September and November) they hold a Homebrew Tasting Night where homebrewers alike bring in their latest concoction for others to sample. Free to the of-age public, just make sure you got some food in your stomach.
