Brixx is a great place to go grab a pint and they do an exceptional job of rotating their selections to keep up with the most recent offerings in our local market.
You can often find mulitple selections from Bell's, as well as local breweries like Foothill's, out of Winston Salem.
The food is reasonably priced and consists of thin crust, wood fired pizzas, salads and a nice choice of appetizers.
The bar area itself is on the small side, but they have a great outdoor dining area that is a good size.

Brixx is a NC-based chain of pizza restaurants. They have 24 taps, a good mix of American and Imported micros. There are at least seven taps at this location that are from NC breweries. The only place in town with 2 DIPAs on-tap. Monday is $1.50 domestic draft night. That includes the Foothills Seeing Double and the DFH 90 Minute. Thursday is $2.50 Imports. Service is top-notch. Ask for a room-temp glass once and it will be served that way to you for life. Pro-active bar manager asks patrons what they want and makes every attempt to get it.
Food is thin-crust pizza, salads, sandwiches, and some pasta dishes. Good quality, relatively inexpensive stuff that is served up fast. Kitchen will accomodate most any request for substitutions.
This is a restaurant first and a bar second, and that detracts slightly from the atmosphere. Smoking is allowed at the bar after 10, so I cut out before then most nights.
All in all, my favorite place to grab a beer in Greensboro. Get there early before the regulars snatch all the stools..
