First time at BBP and I left disappointed. The atmosphere was great and they had lots of beers on tap. However, BBP only brews 4 different beers and only 2 of those beers were available. I tried the Pilsner which was decent for a pilsner. It was light tasting and good for a summer day. I was excited about the IPA that they brewed and was anxious to try it; however, it wasn't on tap and the only other beer they had was a Pomegranate Wheat. I am not much for wheat beers, let alone fruity wheat beers but I thought I would give it a try. To tart!! I would not recommend that beer at all. The service was okay. I was by myself sitting at the bar and the bartender was focused more on the group of 5 sitting at the other end. I understand why, but I was neglected a few times. Fortunately, the other bartender at the other bar stepped in and filled in nicely. Had a Bison burger and it was okay, nothing special. The homemade chips were outstanding due to the very nice seasoning. The chips have saved this place from a lower score. Overall, I do enjoy that they have other microbrews on tap and I would highly recommend trying them instead of the home brews.

Now this is a bar! Noisy, peanut shells on the floor, free popcorn and peanuts, quick service and good beer. Buffalo's brewpub is pretty far out in the suburbs, but it's worth a stop.
The web site shows the taps that are on the wall, but the stuff brewed in-house is on a separate tap by the bar, and, for some reason, seems to actually be less popular amongst the crowd. Selection of the in-house stuff is a little sparse and light, but what there is is good.
The bar is separated from the restaurant, both of which were jammed when I was there and the latter of which was most populated with older people and families.
