Tom Drinker's Tavern is located in a narrow 4-story orange brick building with off-white trim. Their overhead sign is in glasswork over the sidewalk entrance door. Park along one of the nearby metered side streets or a nearby pay lot. Inside the narrow building their 10 chair wooden bar is on the left and there are several high top tables further back. The dark wooden walls are decorated with beer and music memorabilia. There is also an amusing collection of abandoned credit cards along the wall, and in one corner is a Philly Phanatic statue. Their food menu is basic pub fare with fried foods such as tacos, burritos, and wings. They also have several sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, and fries. The service is cordial and happy to share a sample of draft beer. The bar has just 8 taps, a few of which are common bar standards, and the remainder are regional craft brews. They also have a few bottled beers, mostly bar commons, but with a handful of craft selections. For this area of Philly, it's not a particularly impressive offering.
