An intimate little neighborhood cafe in the Fairmount section with a cramped but wonderful little bar featuring the best rotating taps in the city. Just a ston'es throw from the Parkway and Art Museum, there is always something new and delicious to try and an educated (and unpretentious) bartender to guide you through the draughts or their extensive bottle selection. I am often impressed with some of the rare and limited brews they are able to bring in on tap. The ever changing menu is an enticing mix of standard pub fare and more bistro type offering with even a few vegetarian options added in. There is mostly street parking in the neighborhood, although there is a lot on Fairmount Ave adjacent to the Eastern State Penitentiary.
