linkBar Symon is located near D-14 in the same place where the Gordon Biersch used to be. You can get to the D gates from the terminal and A/B gates by taking the train to the C gates, or taking the "moon buggies" that run between concourses. Only do this if you think you have a lot of time, it's a lot of walking.
The bar has about 15 seats, plus a row of seats that faces the walking area. there are also tables with staff that serve you. There are TVs also around the bar. They have a good selection of drafts from around the country, along with some cans/bottles. It would be nice if there was a local focus, but being in an airport I'll take any good craft selection. The bar tender knew the beers that were available and had a good personality, very welcoming and friendly.
I didn't try the food, but it looked decent for an airport. You can get food to go.
