Arrived just after opening on a Saturday morning and there were already several people in the brewery. Today they had ten beers on tap so we tried all of them. Flights are four 4 ounce samples for $8.00 or $2.00 each if you only want a couple. They also have pints and liters. They have canned soda to drink in addition to their beer. All their beers are German style with the ingredients all imported from there. The inside area has a gasthaus feel with long beer fest-like tables. Inside there is music and TV with free Wi-Fi, ask for the password at the bar. There is also an outside beer garden with plenty of seating, toys and activities for kids, and an outdoor tap area they can open up when needed. They have a limited German food menu with small plates such as wursts, pretzels, etc. This is exactly the food needed to pair with all those great beers. I’m glad I don’t live in Kansas City, I could spend a lot of time here!
