I happened upon this little brewery on accident because I missed my turn off of the freeway on the way back to the hotel. There was a sign out front "Brewery Tour today. 5:00pm. You enter through a large roll up door into a warehouse style brewery. There are a few tables and a large bar at the far end. They have 2 TV's that contain their tap lists. They had 9 of their own beers on tap as well as a few guest taps (local WI breweries). The beer selection was good in regards to a number of different styles. I got a taster and ask about the tour. Paid for the tour ($8, includes a glass and 4 tasters). The owner/head brewer actually directed the tour. He went into detail on how/why he opened the brewery and it was very interesting. The beers we're all very good and the staff was nice and informative. If you are in Milwaukee, this is a must go place.
