As of 2013, the latest member of the Vintage Restaurant Group is The V - Virginia's Eatery & Brew House. In late 2012 the nearby Vintage 51 Chantilly location closed, but this newer location in Ashburn is magnificent. The restaurant occupies a bookend corner building of a small shopping and restaurant complex. Parking is free. The building construction is pale cinderblock with orange brick trim and yellow awnings. Out front is a large brick patio with several tables and an outdoor walk up mini bar. Inside there is an 8-chair black marble top bar straight ahead with several overhead televisions. The decor motif is burgundy red and black trim with earthy yellow dividers. On the right is a large dining area. In the back left corner of the building is an enclosed bar room with an 11-chair bar. When they originally opened, they intended to start an in-house brewery, after the success of the franchise sister brewpub called Vintage 50. But as of 2015, still no brewing here, so that plan seems to have evaporated. They do feature 8 taps of guest craft beer and more than a dozen in bottles. The service is inviting and attentive. The food menu features a variety of cuisine styles including seafood, steaks, salads and upscale sandwiches. The V is classy and charming, and professional yet lively.

Next to a hotel in a small restaurant strip at the edge of Ashburn with plenty of parking. There's a bar area to the left of the entrance which has several TVs including a large projector screen. The rest of the restaurant is typical seating with somewhat upscale decor. This place is also associated with Vintage 50 and Vintage 51. Vintage 50 is a brewpub although this restaurant doesn't carry any of their beers. The food here is pretty good, with nice appetizers as well as great main courses. The beer selection is decent, with only beers on tap, no bottles/cans. The list is decent, with some local and some of the easy-to-get beers from around the country. All the beers are good and taken care of as it seems like they are rotated regularly and I have yet to get a stale beer that tastes like it was fed through a bad tap line. For beer this is one of the better places to go in Ashburn.
