Pretty typical Yard House location with an oval bar surrounding the 100 plus taps. There is both booth and table seating in the surrounding room and a couple enclosed patio areas with more tables and interesting flame tubes. The keg room is visible behind glass at the end of the room. When I visited there was a broad selection of beer styles from both regional craft and foreign brewers. There was also a short seasonal (limited) draft list and some select bottles. I enjoyed a Dogfish Head Indian Brown and a house Hop Yard Anniversary brewed by Firestone. The menu includes a broad array of salads, sandwiches, pizza and entrees as well as some lunch combinations. There is plenty of parking in the Newport Center Fashion Island garages.
