The Tin Man has a really delicious stout, but what makes them unique is their ability to serve their beers on either nitrogen or carbon dioxide. I've never seen this feature before and it gives the beer a very different flavor. Nitrogen tends to round off the hoppy flavor of IPAs and other high IBU beers. They also brew their beer in an unconventional manor to make this dual tap feature possible. Totally worth a refill when you're in the area.
