Island Naturals is a chain of natural food stores distributed around the Big Island. The Hilo store is located downtown in the Hilo Shoping Center. The beer selection occupies a large open cooler with additional stock on adjacent shelves. When I visited, the local craft beer selection was one of the best I've seen on the Big Island and there were also many popular regional craft brews and imports as well as some N/A varieties. There is parking in the lot in front of the store and there are a few tables suitable for a quick deli lunch.
