Wow, look what they did with this building....This used to be the Crystal Springs Water Company.....Looks great with lots of big wood.....Started off with a Pils, German Pils, nice light malty aroma, very lite fruity aroma, light hop aroma, very light straw color. The flavor has modeste light hops with a sulfur bite. It has a slight malty/hoppy profile....sulfer subsides. This is a good beer. Lite creamy lacy head...

Next was the ESP, extra special pale ale. Really lite clean malt aroma, no hops. Color is straw, clear but not crystal clear. Kind of a light sweet maltiness, very lite session beer, more like a blonde ale or English bitter, certainly not along ESB lines like I was expecting.....almost a slight sweet flavor as the beer warms....slightly bready but really a non descript session beer.

Next I tried a beer that just came out. A Belgian spiced Red Ale- Bier D'agard (sp?) red in color with some haziness, it's got that Belgian tartness aroma, with some slight sweetness. Lite clove and almost hefe like aroma. This beer has a nice medium lite malt sweetness and very lite Belgium style tartness, no hop bitterness but not cloying.

Next up was an English IPA, has a crystal malt aroma and light malty sweetness, the flavor has some moderate hop bitterness but not that much hop flavor. Lite copper color, mostly clear but not crystal clear. This beer is more like and ESB or best bitter.

Next beer was a Belgian Golden with Plums and Brett, lite plum and Brett flavor. This has some slight malt sweetness. From here I started to lose my focus due to the good looking bartender and just the atmosphere of the whole place. I did order a Double IPA and it was good enough to order another. I liked the way the pints were priced, on most beers you could get a half pint for two or three dollars, but the Double IPA was over $8, which I thought was a little much...
I definately gotta go back for another review.....
