So my wife and I went here on our last trip home. It was relatively new when we went. Maybe open a few months. We were both very impressed with their setup with how small the place is. The place is literally 150 feet long by maybe 30 feet deep. That includes brewing setup, bar, inside seating and bathrooms and office space. I was impressed with how open it felt as well. The seating area took up most of the place with the bar in the middle and the brewing area off to the left. I didn't ask how big their setup is but it looked to be a 5 or 7 barrel system with a good number of fermenters. The place was also very colorful. Walls and ceiling of the old warehouse were painted black, but everything else had its own color. Very eccentric.

While we were there we enjoyed a sample of each of what they had on tap which at the time was 7 beers. All of which we very good. Some like the Hibiscus Wheat were a little out there but it was actually very pleasant. Hibiscus seems to be an ingredient places are using all of a sudden. I've been noticing them more and more. The Maple Syrup Brown was a little on the sweet side but maybe they are working the kinks out I'm not sure. Can't wait to go back and try more of their brews. Prices on the beers were normal. Some being more than others but otherwise nothing too out there expensive.

The service was really good. The server seemed to know a little about each beer she served us and was happy to assist in any question I was able to produce for her.

They didn't offer their own food but when we were just about ready to leave they had a catering truck with grill roll up and start up. Didn't stay to see what he was cooking but I can only imagine it was good. Also I don't know if they do tours or not because there really isn't anything to tour. The brew area is all visible in the open floor plan. But I'm sure they would take you in and show you if you asked.
