linkI visited this nano-brewery in Oct 2011 while I was in Denver for the GABF. Caution Brewing had just recently opened in a small rental unit, and had just 3 beers available to sample. Their Honey Matrimony Brown Ale was nice, with a touch of sweetness. Their other two were average, Wild Blonde and Lao Wang Lager, and the brewmaster said the latter would be available on tap in his family's restaurant. Very friendly owner, and I wish him success as he launches his brewing career. With such a small offering I can't give high points at this time, but I look forward to seeing more from this small brewery.
