Champps is a standard American Bar and Grill location with a surprisingly good tap list. While it has all the BMC you could drink (and it's obvious that they cater to this crowd) they have a bunch of mostly local micro-brews. They had Flying Fish, NJ Beer Co, Victory, River Horse, Cricket Hill, etc. Mostly NJ and Philly type beers, but a good selection of them. Not the best or most interesting selection, but better than most places.

The servers, however, are clueless. The bartenders themselves might know beer, I'm not sure, but the servers don't know anything about beer and don't know what's on tap, what's new, etc. They have a beer list that's semi-updated, so your best bet is to go to the bar to figure out what you want.

Food is decent. I wouldn't go out of my way for the food, but you could do much worse. The waffle fries are tasty.

Lots of TVs so you can see the "big game" and the place can get quite crowded with both fans of whatever sporting event is on or families out for a meal.
