A new gastropub in Burlington, with both sidewalk seating and a beer garden, and a spacious (and loud) interior. Twenty or so craft beers on draft, ranging from Vermont breweries to a Gose from Germany. Bottle selection probably exceeds 100 and includes some aged bottles. They have a weekend coming up devoted to sour beers. Food is primarily Vermont-sourced, and is outstanding, and relatively inexpensive for the locavore movement -- four of us had five drinks, three appetizers, and four entrees, and the bill was just over $100. There's a small bar on your way in, and you can do worse than to spend a night drinking there. Friendly, attentive service. Good crowds, noisy, but fun. I'd spend a lot of time and money here if I lived in Vermont.

Edit December 2012 -- the draft beers are now offered in whole and half sizes, which is nice.
