We stopped by just after the lunch hour. Service was excellent. We had the Jambalaya Fettuccine which was great, and the cheese and ale soup and a salad, they were ok but nothing special. The beers on tap were the Unfiltered Wheat, Pale Ale, Munich Lager, Black Sheep Stout, Kolsch (seasonal), and the brewmaster special (can’t remember what that was). I especially enjoyed the lager. They also brew their own Root Beer. They have evening entertainment on a regular basis, a banquet room, and a game room. Overall experience was excellent and I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in the area.

Great location in renovated warehouse in downtown Springfield. 6 beers on tap. Unfiltered Wheat, Munich Lager and Pale Ale are constants. Black Sheep is a rotating dark selection of Stouts, Porters and assorted dark ales and lagers. Seasonal rotates a Hefe, Kolsch, Marzen and Dopplebock. Brewmaster Special is always something diffenent and usually quite good.

The beer here is excellent. Food is good but inconsistent. The brewery is actually owned by Paul Mueller company which is a tank and equipment manufacturer. The business is a working showroom for their brewing system.
