Visited on the way through New York and was really bummed it was only a short stop! Great beer. Love the IPA - one of my favorites. My husband loved the 422. We brought some home of each and then realized it could be found in many markets and bars in our area! They have quite a distribution area but only a cult following where we live (Ohio).
The beer is excellent so if you are considering but not sure - go for it you will be happy.
Food was limited to a few choices. We had the pulled pork sandwich. We sat outside on the patio. Nice atmosphere but hard to appreciate after we drove past beautiful Lake Chautauqua to get there (no lake view at brewery)!

Southern Tier is a great brewery located in a nice little lake town. It's at the top of a hill, they have a great building, and a nicely landscaped property. It's really nice sitting on the patio enjoying a couple of their beers. The atmosphere is top notch.

They've got a large selection of beers, and can accommodate almost any beer drinkers interests. Even when I have a beer style that I don't necessarily love, it's easy to appreciate the high quality of the beer.
