linkNice brewery with attached restaurant with a small hotel. The brewery is one of two in Bamberg that makes smoked beer. (My personal opinion is that the Spezial rauchbier is superior to the more famous competitor's product made a few km away.)
The beer is quite tasty, and served quickly by their staff. The food is also very tasty local fare. The breakfast (if you're staying at their hotel) is OK, but not included in my rating.
This is a must stop in Bamberg for a bier, and also for a local style meal.
