There's GOLD in the "I.E." Many of us don't FIND reasons to visit the Inland Empire, somehow we MUST go there (visit family, friends who bought homes dirt cheap, or...) Whatever it is, you now have ONE GOOD reason to go there & that's for Victoria! Ladies, no need to worry as she is not a real woman, but if she were… she’d be HOT! I’m an IPA fan so naturally I had to try IE’s Victoria (after having a few of the other refreshing handcrafted creations of course.) This IPA is like gold. I can’t describe it any better than the brewery did on their site; “Victoria= Imperial Orange IPA brewed with orange zest & honey.” Described in such few words may make it sound average but oh…there is so much more. This IPA really is like no other; complex & smooth, just like a real woman & she is knockin’! Hey, they open at 10am so you can start your morning with the Porter & have lunch with Victoria. The staff is super friendly so you may find yourself closing the place down just in time to take a growler home for dinner!

This very small up start brewery is a stark contrast to their other local brewery as far as beer style goes. This brewery excels with the brown and porter styles. They also capitalize on the regions history of orange groves with their Victoria Ale. It is not as sweet with just a hint of orange zest. The staff will be more than happy to show off their converted milk containers used as fermenters. A little hard to find with no real signs from street.
