FT: Ten Fidy, ISO: something...
« on: February 02, 2008, 01:15:45 PM »

I've got several cans of Ten Fidy from Oskar Blues.  They're $12.99 a four pack.  I'm just interested in anything highly rated (or underrated in your opinion).  I'll throw out a few suggestions of things I'd want, but this is certainly not an all inclusive list:
3 Floyds Dreadnaught (or anything from 3F really)
NB La Folie
Various stuff from Stone
West coast IPAs - Hair of the Dog Blue Dot, Moylan's Hopsicle, Pliny the Younger (a growler of PtY would be a guaranteed trade), and any other IPAs/DIPAs in the same vein
Stouts/Imperial Stouts
Basically anything interesting and good!

If you wanted a larger trade with other beers in the mix, I'd be glad to do that as well.

I'd be interested in trading.  I have access to FFF, Stone, and the Hopsickle.  What's good in Georgia?  To be completely honest I have only made one through the mail trade and that was with faro.

not to poop on your parade, but i have a feeling that ten fidy is going to be everywhere that gordon is pretty soon.. they seem to have taken the whole "hype leads to demand, which we will meet" approach to marketing this stout. on a positive note, it's a friggin great imperial stout.. so dirty, earthy, and thick.

Ten FIDY is a phenomenal beer-up there with Stone’s RIS and Speedway stout.

I have a Ten FIDY and a 90 Min IPA in the frig for later. I’m thinking mebbe a half and half??  ::)

Anyone who hasn’t tried it should…. especially if you like Impys.
