Needless to say, I'm not getting anything done today that I need to get done.  BUT I am getting beermapping stuff done!   cheers!

I used the date provided by beerme.com and I have 199 Canadian Breweries mapped here (click image to see the map);

Check out Montreal!

There are still 60 locations that beerme was not able to get the street address geocoded and I'll work on those later this week sometime.  For now, feel free to report errors as you find them.  I'm pretty sure that there will be lots of problems because some Canadians seem to use "moon language" and they seem to think it's funny with the umlauts and what not (these umlauts and other things are likely to have been converted strangely in the process of converting to the database).

I think Yukon Brewing wins the award for the highest North American Brewery. Wow...

Nice to see us added to the site, eh?

There are some errors in the Toronto area, though:

Big Ram Brewing Company is no longer in business - and it was never actually a brewery, they contracted the brewing of their (crappy) beer elsewhere.

I've never heard of Noble China, but I'm pretty sure that they aren't a brewery. Maybe an importer?

Steam Whistle is showing up in the wrong place. They're located on Bremner Blvd, which is downtown by the waterfront, but their icon is showing up on Berner Trail out in the burbs.

Fermentations! is a small chain of brew-your-own places, not a brewery.

Molson Breweries - Ontario Division on Yonge Street, Molson Breweries of Canada on Bloor Street and Labatt's Breweries of Canada on Bay Street are corporate offices, not brewery locations.

Mill Street Brewery on Mill St. has become a brewpub. The main brewery has moved to Scarborough. I'm afraid I don't know the exact address - I just know it's near the intersection of Midland and Lawrence.

Les 3 Brasseurs isn't open yet.

Strand Brasserie is closed.

And out near Ottawa, Banks Brewery is out of business.

There are some places missing as well - I'll check into that later.

I have a feeling that there are errors in many other places too.

I've made all the changes you requested, except for adding the main brewery for Mill Street and I didn't remove Les 3 Brasseurs (when will they be open?).

I marked both Fermentations locations as homebrew locations, so they won't show up on the main Canada map anymore.  They will show up in the search and you could view them on the map if you did a proximity search map.

Here is the list of locations I have that I have yet to find address coordinates for (the coordinates I have are at a city level or otherwise):

Nice work! I've just uploaded new Canadian and New Zealand brewery indexes that point their map links to the appropriate maps here at beermapping.com.

have fun
