Unfortunately options are fairly limited in Youngstown, the only local brewery is Rust Belt Brewing. They don't have a brewpub, but the beer is available fairly extensively in the area. Depending on where you are in Youngstown a half hour to 45 minute drive west can lead you to Main Street Brewing in Garrettsville, OH or 30-45 min east to North Country Brewing in Slippery Rock, PA. Both of those are really good options, but a bit of a drive.
