I think his pre-Goose Island place was pan-Latino, right? Then Goose was bar food plus all things pork. [Pause for Google search) The new place is Branch 27? Straight-up food, nothing fancy or creative??? No wait, the descriptions are fancier than the names -- lots of neat things with veggies alongside the meat/fish.
