Thursday November 19th with reception beer served at 6:30pm
Reception Beer: Founders Harvest Ale
First Course: Texas Gulf Shrimp over 7 Year aged Cheddar Cheese Polenta
Pairing: Founders Pale Ale
Second Course: Oven Roasted Corn Chowder with a charred Red Pepper Aioli
Pairing: Founders Red Rye
Third Course: Hot House Field Greens with a Sweet Apple Vinaigrette, Candied Walnuts and Sun Dried Rock Cherries
Pairing: Founders Centennial IPA
Fourth Course: Kentucky Brown Roast Turkey Breast with Sweet Potato Puree and Whole Grain Stuffing
Pairing: Founders Cerise
Fifth Course: A Fall Berry Caramel Torte with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Pairing: Dark, Rich and Sexy Porter

I went to the New Holland dinner last week at Finnegan's and the food was outstanding... and the beer of course...
