The Cheeseburger Show is a Chicago based site that will be airing video episodes on the subject of Cheeseburgers. So far they only have one episode, but it's well made and so far they have already interviewed some pretty interesting guests. I'm actually pretty excited about this since the Cheeseburger might be the world's most perfect food!

If you live in Chicago and you are some sort of vegan type person, you may still find the show interesting, since they're interviewing Chicago people and eating in Chicago restaurants.  Check it out!

Not yet.  Maybe in the next episode...

This reminds me of the radio station a few years back that was going to play Led Zeppelin and nothing else.  I think they lasted 2 weeks and the DJs swore they would never listen to LZ again.  I give the Cheeseburger show 3 episodes tops.

The second episode is out.  I really find this to be pretty fun to watch. It's a good length and it has some pretty interesting interviews. They interview the Executive Chef of McDonald's and they screw around a little bit at Weiners Circle.

Let's see if they can best rhoadsrage's prediction of 3 episodes tops!

I just noticed this thread. Episode 3 is out. I watched them all plus a couple of extended interview clips from the first show. It was kind of fun to watch, but I share the opinion that they won't be able to keep it interesting for all that long. I guess 6 to 8.

I just watched the fourth episode. It's mostly about making a burger at home. But there is one crazy mother of a burger that is created by the chef of Graham Elliot's (who surprisingly doesn't have the last name of Elliot...).

Pretty interesting episode.  Since they're only 10 minutes, they're easy to watch and I think they could go quite a few more episodes, but maybe I'm a burgeraholic?

D'oh so much for my over under bet.  Wasn't there a baseball stadium that sold a cheeseburger with 2 Krispy Kremes as the bun?  What beer would you pair with that.

I think as long as Kevin Pang is doing the weekly cheeseburger reviews in the Trib, the show will continue as a side project.

The owning chef's full name is Graham Elliot Bowles -- don't know if that was the chef featured in the show. Maybe he'll use the last name if he opens a noodle house or soup restaurant.

The episode released today had a place from Munster, IN on it!  Double wow!

Schoop's, 215 Ridge Road, Munster, IN

Also in the episode are Sweets & Savories (near DePaul, a bit over half a mile from Goose Clybourn) and a place on the southside called 2 Plus (92nd and South Cottage Grove).  The Sweets & Savories burger is their 17 dollar Foie Gras, American Kobe Burger with truffle mayo. I might have to try this one soon...

We have a Schoop's here in Crown Point. The burgers are really good. They also do a nice egg salad, if you're into that sort of thing.

From watching the video, that place in Munster definitely looks like the type of place you would get good chicken or egg salad (I'm not really a big fan though).
