Most of them are listed in the Northwest Brewing News newspaper. Since Redhook BC and Damond Knot BC were omitted, I'm guessing you didn't use that as a reference, so that's why I'm mentioning it to you. Also, about half of the WA breweries are members of the WA Brewer's Guild, and those are listed here: www.washingtonbrewersguild.org/who_members.htm There are currently about 85 breweries in Washington.
